SQZ-RS Series Straight Rod Type Rod End Bearings
The SQZ-RS Series straight rod type rod end bearings feature a ball joint housing with an axial shank and internal female thread, made from zinc base alloy. The straight rod design provides linear force transmission and compact mounting in linkage systems. Right-hand thread is standard; left-hand thread is available by adding an "L" suffix to the bearing number (e.g., SQZL5-RS). The bearings are fitted with RS double-lip rubber seals to protect against dust, moisture and contaminants. Metric thread sizes range from M5 to M22, with fine-thread variants ("-1" suffix) for precise adjustment. Stainless steel versions are available upon request by adding an "S" prefix when ordering.

For left-hand thread, add "L" suffix (e.g., SQZL5-RS). For fine thread variants, add "-1" suffix (e.g., SQZ10-RS-1).
RS seals: Double-lip NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), providing excellent dust, moisture and contaminant protection.
Housing: Zinc base alloy. Inner ring (ball): Bearing steel, hardened, spherical surface with hard chrome plating. Lubrication via grease nipple or rod eye.
Available in stainless steel — add "S" prefix when ordering.
