NHS Series Internal Thread Steel-on-Steel Rod End Bearings (SI...P/K)
The NHS Series internal thread (female) rod end bearings feature a steel-on-steel metal-to-metal sliding contact surface, providing high rigidity and load capacity. The rod end body is made from carbon steel by pressing and forming, with an eco-friendly white zinc plating for corrosion resistance. The inner ring (ball) is manufactured from bearing steel, hardened and with a hard chrome-plated spherical surface. These bearings can be lubricated through a grease nipple or via the rod end eye. Available in bore sizes from 3mm to 20mm with metric internal threads, the NHS Series is ideal for linkages, control systems, and general machinery where a female rod end connection with steel-on-steel durability is required. For left-hand thread, add "L" suffix to the bearing number and thread mark, e.g. NHSL 20. Stainless steel versions are available by adding "R" prefix to the bearing number when ordering.
