The HIWIN RG Series roller-type linear guideways use cylindrical rollers instead of balls, providing 2-3 times higher load capacity and significantly increased rigidity compared to equivalent-sized ball guides. The roller design maintains consistent contact area even under heavy loads. Ideal for heavy machine tools, industrial press slide guides, large gantry milling machines, and die-casting machine platen guides where maximum structural rigidity and minimal elastic deformation are critical.
